Refund Policy

Our Commitment At Center Stage Vintage Guitars, we take pride in accurately representing every instrument we sell. Each listing includes detailed descriptions, high-resolution photos, and honest condition reports so you can buy with confidence.

Return Window We accept returns within 3 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, you must contact us within that window at matt@centerstagevintageguitars.com.

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when it was shipped
  • Include all original accessories, cases, or documentation that were included
  • Not show any new damage, modifications, or signs of play beyond what was described

Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items explicitly listed as "as-is" or "sold as displayed"
  • Items where the condition issue was disclosed in the listing
  • Special orders or consignment items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at matt@centerstagevintageguitars.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos documenting the item's current condition
  3. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions
  4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was misrepresented

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit If your instrument arrives damaged, please refer to our Shipping Policy for claims instructions. Transit damage is handled separately from our standard return process.

Disputes We want every transaction to be a great experience. If you have a concern, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback — we're committed to making it right.
