Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Due to the unique nature of vintage instruments, each item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via UPS and rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotions.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. All guitars and high-value items are shipped with full insurance and signature confirmation required upon delivery.

International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally. If we do, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Packaging Vintage instruments are boxed with professional-grade packing materials to ensure safe transit. We take great care to protect your investment.

Insurance & Damage Claims All shipments are insured for their full purchase value. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and instrument immediately and contact us within 48 hours at matt@centerstagevintageguitars.com. Do not discard any packaging materials, as they may be needed for a claim.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
