1960s Gibson ES-345TDSV Stereo with Maestro Vibrola
This is a great playing and sounding Gibson ES-345 with a perplexing and unique set of features. Pointy horns, narrow nut, 1963 pot codes, witch hat knobs and a patent number bridge. Add in the unorthodox serial number spacing and it is presumed this guitar was renecked in 1969 by Gibson.
The body itself maintains the large F-holes meaning finding a definitive date on this example is difficult.
Aside from the oddities, the guitar is in very good condition with a lightly faded Cherry finish, a small amount of finish checking and some stand wear on the back of the neck. The guitar is still set up in stereo and the Varitone also remains functional.
