Martin D-28s are always a favorite around Center Stage Vintage Guitars, and this example from 1967 is no exception! Huge tone, premier playability and all the style to go along with it.

This D-28 has fallen victim to the customary 1960's crack caused by the pickguard shrinking. That being said the pickguard is still the original and the crack has been professionally repaired.

The straight grain Brazilian Rosewood back and sides are notably clean and the neck has that perfect worn in feeling you can only get on a guitar that has been honestly played for over 50 years.

The bridge and plate have been replaced and it has the "Large Maple" bridge plate in very good condition. An apparent very clean neck reset means the action is very low and even making this Martin a joy to play.

The tone is slightly more bass-focused than other D-28s we've had our hands on recently and is super well suited to acoustic jams! Also has an LR Baggs pickup system installed by a previous owner.
